Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - If you want to lose 20 pounds a month or 12 pounds every two weeks drink or eat lots of dairy. Milk burns fat.

You won't lose 20 pounds a month from eating dairy but it is good for you. It is proven that low fat or fat free dairy in your diet normally comes with a lower weight. Plus for girls low fat and fat free dairy products can lighten your flow during that time of the month.
