I really just want to lose like 10 lbs. Is that possible in one month? Im really busy with wirk and stuff so im not really able to go on like 4 mile walks or do hours of work. Im stuck... my parents are always working so all i have to eat is canned food. (probably a reason for my weight :() Are any of you in my situation?? Have any of you been sucessful? I havent I need you guys

Ht. 5'4", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I am currently 148 lbs and im 5'4. I amlooking to be in the healthy range of about 125. My goal is to loose 2-3 pants sizes. Ht. 5'4", Start: 278 lb, Today: 274 lb, Goal: 125 lb - so i have been on my diet for one week now and i lost 4 pounds which is really good. i have a personal trainer session tomorrow and i'm feeling really good that i'm losing weight. my motivation is kind of shallow but i don;t care it helps me, my brother is becoming a marine and in october and i am hoping to maybe get a marine boyfriend or at least a hookup haha. i just want to be thin because alot of my guy friends tell me i'm pretty and my ex would say the same thing, but fo once i want to be hot. my best friend daniel said he thinks i will be one the hottest girls at school so yeah i just need to lose weight!

Ht. 6'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 236 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Do you guys know of any stors that sell big and tall clothing?? I grew another 2 inches and gained about 10 lb.
Im still on vacation and when i put on my swim trunks on they were to short and i ripped the back of them open. Thats when i knew i need to go to a big and tall store for cloths. Please tell me if you know of any!!

I know I can do it. Band camp is 6 days away, last year I lost about 20-30 pounds in 5 days a band camp [Yeah everytime you screw up you do 10 push ups]. Well, today I am writing out a grocery list and a work out plan for myself. I think this time its going to work. I mean the worst I can do is gain. I just need someone to push me. Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This sucks. I can't get back down to 168. I get down to 169. Then my body's like I hate you so it goes back up to 172. I eat about 1200-1400 calories a day. Then I do about 30 min walk, 30 min soccer, 4 mile walk, and sometimes other things. and I change my routine every day. What am I doing wrong. Please reply

Ht. 5'4", Start: 179 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Im Absolutely raving about weight watchers!! In 20 days i lost 6 pounds and i'm still basically eating my usual stuff. Yes, i eat my pudding (just a serving), popcorn-sure! but just the light version. and instead of cookies i have graham crackers. I'm realizing when im actually hungry and when im just bored/stressed. I love it....clothes are fitting a lil differently and my mom sees a difference =] Good luck all!
