Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hello. Its been a while since I've come on here and I thought I'd come back and post my status. In the past month and a half or so I've lost 24lbs. This is more than I've ever lost before and I really haven't been trying to hard. Is this unhealthy? I've been eating two meals a day and a tiny breakfast. I eat until I'm full and then I just don't snack. I think that's what's taken the weight off so quickly because I've never had a problem with exercise but my eating habits have always been terrible. Another question: someone told me that at my height it will take a 15 lb loss to lose a pant size. Is this true? thanks

your breakfast should be the largest meal of the day, and you should snack healthily to keep your metabolism going. I read it in a book.
