Ht. 5'4", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I am looking to get down to 125 lbs. hopefully losing around 5 lbs a week. Does anyone know any ways to help me do this, and exercises that can help flatten my stomach and tone my thighs?
