Ht. 5'4", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I am currently 148 lbs and im 5'4. I amlooking to be in the healthy range of about 125. My goal is to loose 2-3 pants sizes. I currently am a size 13. Does anyone have any advice or tips to health me suceed? Hopefully loosing 4-5 lbs a week.
