i'm reading a book called sonoma diet. i've had a lot of success with it. it for the first 10 days you don't eat fruit at all. it helps kick the craving. then.. after that.. to lose weight. you have two servings of fruit a day. maybe some with breakfast and one as a snack. that's like.. one apple for breakfast.. with some toast or eggs or something. and one as a snack. once you get to your goal weight. you can have more. but jsut because it is natural sugar doesn't mean that it's not going to make you gain weight. it will slow the weight loss process

well, it's really not such a big breakfast in terms of calories. i think it's okay as long as you feel okay - i think the sugar in fruit can cause some people to get a sugar high and then crash, but everyone's different. so if it works for you i think it's fine.

Look up the calorie count of fruit. Yes there is sugar, but a lot of its natural. Better fruit than cookies. But make sure you balance it.
