Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Still having trouble with junk food try this I write on my hand my weight or don't eat junk food in small or medium letters. So every time you go to look at your hand you say oops I better not eat that.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 176 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - ok so i've been here before lol but i'm not sure my exact weight now...i think like 162ish but i will weigh on sunday..anyways, by my 18th birthday (december) i want to be 140. then by spring break (march) i want to be 130. does this sound reasonable? lose like 30 pounds in 8 months lol..but its so hard for me

Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - for the next 30 days it will be hell for me. i am going to diet and tan all day. have to get ready for school. i am going to wake up at 8 am every day, as aposed to 12pm like i do now. soccer is starting in 2 weeks then theres school tryouts. i am going to take it a little esier in september because i will be doing rec soccer, and hopefully school soccer (if i make the team) if not i will be doeing tennis lessons. i will also have lots of hw and be going to all the football games (i have a crush on aguy who is gonna b on the football team =]) so i am going to be supper bussy and hoefully loose weight. does that sound like a good plan?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So I just read in an article that exercise does not help obese people lose weight...I'm not sure if many of you knew that or not. After reading that though it just feels like there will be no hope for me to lose weight...if any of you that were or are around my weight which is 280 and you've lost weight, please let me know how you did it...

Ht. 5'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 130 lb - heck yeah! haha sorry sarah stole your catchphrase there. ive been losing weight like crazy after i stopped for awhile. i mean, yay just last year around this time i was 220 and now im almost 50 pounds lighter^^ i know that might not seem like much,well judging on how far i have to go but it is for me. i didnt eat the healthiest before and yet i did lose weight. now im exercising and drinking only water and well 1 cup of green tea in the morning. ive eaten so well, ive been full,i get some fats,protein,and carbs in every meal like i should,ive totally cut out fast food,pop,most of eating out too. anything that has partially/fully hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup in it i wont touch(its in almost everything,jeez theyre even making most bread bad now) even though my food is a little limited, well moreso than it used to be, i dont miss all that crap at all. 48lbs down,42lbs to... Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - OK. I have been trying to lose weight since February and now it's August and I have only lost 15 pounds. I need to get my head on straight and make the decision that I either want to lose the weight now or be a fat middle aged woman when I get older. I have to get healthy before I actually become obese because right now I'm just 8 pounds away from my healthy weight, but anyways, I have to make a lifestyle change in order for this to happen. We all do. Eating healthy and exercising shouldn't be something that we are doing just to lose weight. It should be something that becomes a lifestyle for us all. We need to make a conscious decision right now that we aren't going to be overweight or unhealthy. People will no longer look at us and laugh because we are bigger than they are. We only have one body, one life, so we need to treat it right. Starting right now! Don't wait until tommorrow if you have already messed up today! Good luck to all of you!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 154 lb - hey ya'll well i have been doin sometin. well it isent a diet. when i put the name diet on something it sounds so harsh. i just realized how bad some stuff hurts my body, i mean we have always been taught not to do drugs cause it can kill us so can obessity! So on my health kick as i call it i just cut soda out completly.FAST FOOD gone! Water my new fave drink. Set bed times so you can be a bit routine. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You shouldnt skip meals cause then you binge eat which is the worse:(. Eat slower so your body has enough time to realize hey i just took a bite so you will know when you are full and not to over eat. Sweets are not the enemy just limit yourself you dont have to eat the whole box. set a time line dont eat after 8pm. atleast that is my time. I go to bed at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning and don't get up till 12:00. Is that what my problem is if so I think i'll start getting to bed at 12:00
