Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Yes! I made my goal for the next two weeks. Now I just have to keep it off and hopefully take somemore off. wow, I'm so proud...I haven't been under 200lbs since jeez. Four years ago. So I'm so excited. Totally pumped! So that's 27lbs gone so far.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok I ahd about 1200 calories today or maybe 1300 then I did 30 min walk while cleaning my room, then I did about 40 to 50 min soccer. And I do this about everyday with some kind of other exercise but it seems not to help. I really screwed up last night because I had 15 pizza rolls and even more. So 2 morrow I'm gonna do 20 min in the morning then I'm gonna do 30min soccer and a walk then something else. Would that help please reply

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I weigh in on Sunday and and wait till Friday to weigh again. For my week should I wait till Friday or Saturday because sometimes I'll weigh in on Friday and weigh in Saturday and Sunday. What should I do. PLease help

Ht. 5'2", Start: 148 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So I have been struggling with my weight since I was 5 years old. 2 years ago I was 195 and lost 50 pounds. Now I have gained it all back. It is so depressing, my boyfriend lives with me and he, of course has a six pack and is in perfect shape. I have no confidence anymore..i don't even want my boyfriend rubbing my back because I feel like he is looking at the stretch marks on my side, and I was never like that before. My plan is to be at my goal weight by Valentines Day because that would be our 2 yrs. If anyone would like to be my weightloss buddie my e-mail is samb12889@yahoo.com...someone please help me!!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 179 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I'm afraid to step on the scale tomorrow at my weigh-in cuz ive been bad the past two days between the beach and an amusement park =[ Should i use my free pass that lets me skip the scale or should i face the facts? If i gained weight, i am worried my inspirtaion will fade.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg im going to vacation soon. my and all of my relatives are foing to be at a house by lake erie. it really fun but the only food they will bring are hamburgers, hot dogs,fries chicken, candy/sweets, deserts,pop, and all that good stuff that people like to pack. its totally going to ruin everything cuz that is the only food there i will be able to eat. also, usually after i wake up and eat breakfast, i try to exercise(same with every time i eat) it helps me feel better and i know im burning those calories. when i am there the only exercise i will be able to do is swim in a dirty lake and eat lots of junk at the boardwalk. i dont know what to do. im gonna gain some weight i know that.

Ht. 6'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 236 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Have any of you thought about getting your fat removed by surgury? I don't know if I should or not. You guys keep saying that I am tall and that I don't need to loose the weight. My doctor said I need to loose the weight. 170 would be the weight range I need to be in.

But my doctor said I needed too.I mean I keep trying to loose weight but the numbers on the scale keep going up. I mean so what I have some beef over the edges and some fat in my trunk. I don't know...I just feel like I am having a tough time with my weight. It has become a really hard battle to overcome. Am I the only one who feels this way??
