Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay after you lose all the weight you wantto how many calories do you have to burn to maintain your weight but not lose any?

Just burn off the calories you eat, but not anymore than you've consumed.

It really just depends on the person and their body. Some people eat 1400-1600 to maintain, some eat from 1800-2100+. Since we're young, we tend to be on the higher side. I would try adding 100 calories every week and keep it there for two weeks, then see if you maintain/lose/gain. So in other words, say you're eating 1200 right now. Add 100 to make 1300, then keep it at 1300 for two weeks. If you lose or maintain, add another 100, and then keep it there for another two weeks. Keep adding until your body no longer maintains your weight.
