Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Can anyone answer my question? I've heard that if u eat bread or any kinds of weat that it makes it hared to loose weight. Is that true?

depends on ur diet all the way... and kay im on the low carb diet and still excersize... the low carb diets is one of the hardest not crash diets out there and u dont loose alot of weight unless u excerzie... well just telling u its not for lazy people

That is sooooo false. The big thing with the whole Atkins no bread thing is that if your particulary lazy and don't want to exercise ever then eating lots of meat and protein rich foods doesn't give much to burn off so you just slowly die. If you actually haul yourself off the couch to go running, or dancing, or I don't know, going to the bathroom then those carbs are going to be burned which is better for you, gives you energy. A lot of athletes like runners eat particularly high carb diets because it means more energy. So the more you exercise the more bread you can eat, so enjoy!
