Ht. 5'3", Start: 185 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey everybody! I just wanted to say that all of you are doing so well, and I applaud you. You seriously are some of the hardest working, dedicated teenagers I know. You guys really inspire me.
Ok, well, enough of that lol. I just want to let everyone know that I'm here to talk to and ask questions. I basically know everything there is to know about weight loss and health. Too bad I can't always apply my knowledge to myself.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 398 lb, Today: 398 lb, Goal: 135 lb - alright so as you can see im obease...i always have been since i was about 8...when i was 8 i weighed 115 pounds..my whole family is and has been obease..everyone..my mom weighs about 450 and my dad weighs around 480 my sister is 425 and my brother is 360...i've decided i seriously need to loose weight my doctor has been trying to get me to..but just cant seem to do it...i eat about 7 meals a day because if i dont then my stomach will start to growl and ill get a stomach ache...im probably thinking i consume 5000-8000 calories a day..but i mean @ almost 400 pounds thats not too bad...i really need some help..if anyone could give me some sort of help i'd really appriciate it my AIM is stopsaveyourself or you can just reply...im so sick of having to wear maturnity clothes and im sick of not being able to get in my friends mustang..i mean today was the most embarrassing day of my... Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Grr...I ate terribly yesterday. I feel really terrible. Today I've eaten 2 granola bars and a little cheese. Oh, and two cups of gatorade. Its now 5:24 and I'm debating eating or not tonight because I really ate crappy yesterday but its my bro's birthday and we're going out. Maybe I'll get like soup or something and then not eat cake...I don't know. Er-hate my body so much right now.

Ht. 4'11", Start: 171 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 106 lb - Hey guys! I know it's been forever since I've posted, and I figured I'd come back and see what's going on. I've been doing all right lately, but I know I can do better. School starts for me on August 22nd, and that day can't come fast enough. Me and my friend are starting postsecondary classes and we'll probably be going out to eat every day when they start. I am thinking of eating a healthy breakfast every day, a salad or low cal meal for lunch, and whatever my dad makes for supper in a small portion. Do you think this sounds good? I'm going to work as hard as I possibly can, starting right now, because I want this more than anything. I am the only fat one in my group of friends and although they don't make fun of me, it still hurts me that they can do so much more than I can. But now I'm trying this 4 day diet that you can lose up to 20lbs in 4 dayz.I really works the last time I tried it I lost almost 15 lbs and kept it off!!!! School here in florida starts tomorrow. I'm sorta nervous. But hey gotta get my education.Hope you guys keep going even if you messed up get back on the wagon trust me it'll be all worth it in the end.Keep up the good work.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ok I went tubing on my grandads boat for like a little bit today but I only went once and we swam in the lake for like half an hour and I did the exercise bike for half an hour and then pilates for an hour. How did I do is that enough or do I need to walk or something?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 315 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 180 lb - ok todays cardio so far 60 minutes on the elliptical called the cybex it is the hardest machine in the gym i burned around 1065 calories and did about 1.75 miles and really worked hard with the resistance really high todays food so far breakfast bowl of special k wit skim milk snack a peach lunch a veggie burger 140 cal with a whole wheat bun 2 slices of tomoatoes a few cucmber slices and a bowl of fruit salad everyday i drink tons of crystal light and i forgot i did alot of weight traiing today and i am gonna do at least 20 minutes on the red (its and ab machine ) how do u think i do so far today

Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - so this week i did 506min on the ellipical and about 140min walking my dog, is that good for one week do you think i might be able to get a way with a little less and still lose weight?
