Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - yesterday morning i ran 2 miles.. im sore now, should i keep ruinning 2 miles or step it down a notch?

Sometimes sore is good. It just means you really worked your muscles hard. But then again, maybe you need to take it down a notch. Try that, then see how you feel.

step it down to maybe a mile and half....I know that feeling...Yesterday I walked/rode a bike outside for 3 miles andd so sore, and from that my foot is all swollen now. So do a mile and half for a week than try to do 2 but make sure you stretchh.
