Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - My metablism must be really working good because last night I ate so horrible and I ate more than 1500 calories probly around 2000 calories, and I didn't gain any weight. I can't wait till my peroid because I usually lose about 2 pounds and not gain it back because now I can't get past 169 at all. my mom thinks I'm on a plateu but it's been going on for like 2 to 3 weeks

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok im not sure if i did good with my eating so far today. so far i had oatmeal, a quaker ricecake, some carrots and dinner. u think that i probably ate healthy so far but this is what dinner was. linguine mixed with butter, garlic powder, broccoi,parmasean cheese, shrimp, crab, and cheesy alfredo sauce. i dont know if that is something i can eat on a diet. the broccoi, shrimp, and crab are somewhat healthy but its mixed with that other bad stuff. would u eat that while on a diet? later on i plan on eating some fruit or maybe some cheerios.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - (Actual Weight=131!!!)Just one more pound, and I'll be at my original goal. But, I'm going to to drop it to 120. I think I'll feel best there. I heard the last few pounds are the hardest to lose, and usually take longer, but that really doesn't bother me. I don't feel like I have to lose at least 2-3 pounds a week now. If I only lose 2-3 pounds a month, I'll be fine with that. And guys, remember, it is ok to slip up, and you don't always have to eat 100% healthy. Weight loss is as simple as "calories in vs. calories out," so if you really want a cookie, or ice cream, or even pizza, just work it into your calorie allotment, and you WILL still lose weight. We're kids, and we deserve to be kids, just healthier ones.:) Also, you guys might one to try having one day a week where you eat up to 2,000 calories. And my last piece of advice, is son't beat yourself up with exercise! I read some people here ecercise at least 1.5-2 hours a day. I thin that's too much, because for one, you may burn out, and two, what we're doing now, is what we're supposed to do the rest of our lives, and personally, I don't thin I could imagine working out 2 hours every day. But if it really, truly works gor you, then do it. But, I've lost all my weight from walking, and for most of it(about 50 pounds), I only walked thirty minutes daily. I have increased recently, but that is because I can easily handle a good amount of walking(and know I can do it the rest of my life), and to help continue the weight loss process, as it gets harder as you get closer to goal. Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 105 lb - blegh. i went to a baseball game in chicago on friday, and rode in a car for 9 hours. all i did was eat. then i went to my friends house and pigged out. i tried to go running, but only went 2 miles cuz i felt really dehydrated. blegh. i gained back what i lost in 2 days. why does it take so long to loose it, but not long at all to gain it back!!! urg. oh yeah, the first day of cross country practice my friend said that the girl she was talking to told her that she thought i was fat! i'm like, omfg! at least i'm fricken doing sumthing about it!! urg. people can be so stupid!!

I mean I know I look different than I did at 190, but I felt I would look different at 130 pounds, which I'm only a pound from being right now. Do you guys think we see ourselves bigger than we actually are, and that it's harder to notice weight loss in ourselves? I was just wondering if anyone else feels this way.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ok today I had areally healthy breakfast but ate bad for lunch like I had 2 pieces of garlic bread, mashed potatoes and a rice crispie treat plus other things they were healthy though. I had a really healthy low calorie dinner but that means I only had 950 calories today and only 920 yesterday. I didnt skip any meals but since I ate fatty foods should I be ok with that little calories or should I eat more healthy foods?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - i am becoming a binge eater again! im so mad. i gained 2 pounds and i cant help it.my mom keeps making my favorite foods: pasta, steak, brownies, and all that other really bad junk. now i keep eating either pasta with meat sause or steak for dinner(or something else bad) and then i will have a bunch of brownies for desert. i havnt had them for so long that i cant stop eating them now. also, i dont know if this is a good thing but my other "trigger foods" are cheerios, fruit,quaker multigrain cakes, and carrots. they are healthy but i binge on them kindof badly now. my mom is making all the foods i stopped eating just to make me mad cuz i told her i dont like that stuff anymore and she is making me eat them now. so i cant stop binging on that food and im scared i will gain even more weight and i dont know what to do. i can eat about 2700 calores a day now and before would eat about 1400 calories a day.

I lost about 20 pounds. Then i stopped because I got so busy with school and everything. I gained almost 10 pounds back.. and i've lost about 3 now. But i've been eating really well this whole week. I've also worked out every day this week. I just can't seem to lose weight. Maybe it's because I've been doing some weight stuff and it's muscle or weight or something. I just don't know. It's so annoying not to see the scale change so rapidly like it did last time. Does anybody have any tips? Today for breakfast I had some whole grian cereal and green tea. I did a 75 min. arobics class and then I just ate a turkey sandwhich with a big side of zuchini. I've been having salads, veggies, chicken, whole grain pasta and stuff like that all week.
