Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey everybody. yesterday i weighed and i was down to 152. but this morning i was at 155. i think it's because i ate tortilla soup last night..which was really salty..so i didn't lose any water.. but.. anyways.. here is what i did today... i had a piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter.. then i went and did an hour step class at the gym. for lunch i had half of a tuna salad sandwhich. with a big salad.. (lettuce, onions, bell peppers, and cucumbers) with my mom's salad dressing.. it's just olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and dijon mustard. then.. i had some popcorn for a snack.. and for dinner i had a turkey sandwhich and a small mango smoothie. how'd i do?
