Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I BROKE MY TOE AND CANT RUN... MY BALANCE IS ALL OFF AND I LIMP.... WHAT CAN I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!... TAKES 6 WEEKS TO HEAL AND I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT WHAT DO I DO!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REPLY. TODAY so FAR BREAKFAST- life cereal skim milk lowfat choc. pudding LUNCH- sandwich with vegetables and mustard.. it was turkey and whole wheat. i also had cake ='/.. o well its the time of the month 2 eat not as great if u knwo what i mean... i will balance it with supper..
