Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I BROKE MY TOE AND CANT RUN... MY BALANCE IS ALL OFF AND I LIMP.... WHAT CAN I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!... TAKES 6 WEEKS TO HEAL AND I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT WHAT DO I DO!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REPLY. TODAY so FAR
BREAKFAST- life cereal skim milk lowfat choc. pudding
LUNCH- sandwich with vegetables and mustard.. it was turkey and whole wheat. i also had cake ='/.. o well its the time of the month 2 eat not as great if u knwo what i mean... i will balance it with supper.. NY RESPONSES OR IDEAS ARE NEEDEd AND THANKFUL! - rach

it was pretty stupid what i did, it was nite time, raining and i was camping. i was running back from the bathrooms when my bff yelled "fire" BUT i didnt hear her! so i ran into a fire pit and my toe like went backwards or something.

if you don't mind me asking but how did you break your toe. TRy doing some for legs do leg lifts in a chair or just hold your butt, abs or stomach in that builds muscle. umm try to go into different websites

you can lift weights and do certain arms exercises hmm wat about crunches and anything else u can think of with out using ur feet
