Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok. So I've totally screwed my diet up since San Fran. But, I've decided I'm not gunna let it get to me. My friends and I have plans this week so I'm goin to pick back up on my healthy-ness on Sunday, and I hope to start a different diet and exercise plan that involves lots of different foods and strength-training and ima see how it goes. Then as school comes, I'll join yoga and pilates and work out my healthy food schedule. Keep stayin strong, you guys!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 120 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I find it hard to go on a diet. Or other times when I do exercise I can't continue to do it. I think that I'll do it the next day but I never get to it. Then when I go to school every one is like super skinney so I feel out of place. I really try to keep on a diet or exercise daily, but I can never stick to it. I just don't know what to do at this point.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm going on vacation next week. for a whole week. It's about 4 or 5 hour drive or longer. I need some healthy snacks, we are gonna walk a lot and we go swim for about 3 hours every day. So I need snack ideas and what to eat at restaurants.

The only reason I really want to lose weight is so I can be healthy. I'm not really concerned with what other people think about my weight or me but if any of you have any ideas on how I could lose weight then please let me know!!!! I've tried everything but nothing seems to work...I am going to try and go in for gastric bypass surgery but I want to see if this website will help first!

In the past month and a half or so I've lost 24lbs. This is more than I've ever lost before and I really haven't been trying to hard. Is this unhealthy? I've been eating two meals a day and a tiny breakfast. I eat until I'm full and then I just don't snack. I think that's what's taken the weight off so quickly because I've never had a problem with exercise but my eating habits have always been terrible. Another question: someone told me that at my height it will take a 15 lb loss to lose a pant size. Is this true? thanks

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 105 lb - lately ive been craving fruit(it should be a good thing right?) i know fruit has alot of sugar so can eating alot of fruit a day make u eventually gain weight? my breakfast is 1 apple, 1 plum, 1 cup of grapes, 1 orange, and a quaker ricecake. I KNOW THAT IS A BIG BREAKFAST. it also has alot of sugar too. but since i eat this big breakfast, i dont eat as much later on but my dad sed all that fruit can be bad cuz of the sugar but im craving it right now. is it?

Ht. 5'10", Start: 290 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Hey Everyone! I havent posted in about 10 weeks but that because I was so busy losing tons of weight. I had gotten up to 310 if anyone remembers. So I convinced my parents to buy me Nutrasystem and that has worked amazingly. I've gone down from 310 to 215 in 10 weeks and I have been eating their meals and exercising like crazy. I feel great. I grew another 2 inches and I finally dont feel embarest when shopping for clothes. Thanks to people on here like Nick who helped me a while back. I still have another 4 weeks until school starts so Im hoping to get down to 170 by that time.

And does it matter really what I eat if I keep the calories within my limit or what type of exercise I do If i burn within my limit?
