Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I can't seem to lose any weight at all it keeps going up then back down. Is it maybe because I'm going to bed so late and getting up early. I go to bed at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning and don't get up till 12:00. Is that what my problem is if so I think i'll start getting to bed at 12:00

Thanks I'll try to get up early from now on.Like today I got up around 9:30 and ate breakfast at 9:59 then turned around and did 20 min of exercise. Then I just had lunch at 12:50. So later i'm gonna have a snack around 3:00 then eat supper around 5 or 6. I'll also do 30 min soccer and a 30 min walk. maybe my 4mile walk later on. So did I do good?

you need to be trying to get up early. it's best to have a big breakfast early in the day and exercising early. it helps to lose weight. i've heard that it doesn't matter what time you go to sleep..but it's important to wake up at the same time every day. so say you wake up at 9 every day... so sleep 10-9 or 1200-9 or 3-9 or 4-9. see?

personally, i dont think its the time u go to bed cuz i go to bed around 4-5 in the morning and wake up around 2. it depends more on how many hours u get of sleep. try to get around 9 hours of sleep and base the times u eat on that.

I don't weight my self every day. I weigh my self in on Sunday and I go until Friday except I had to weigh in on Tuesday because of it being the end of July. I weigh my self at night which is bad.

I don't know exactly the scientific-ness between weight loss and sleep, but I do know that they are realted. It doesn't matter how much you sleep, its the hours before 12 that really count. Aim for 8-9 but go to bed at 11 or 12, it will make a difference and you will be more energized, plus more sleep rasies your metabolism!
