Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - OK. I have been trying to lose weight since February and now it's August and I have only lost 15 pounds. I need to get my head on straight and make the decision that I either want to lose the weight now or be a fat middle aged woman when I get older. I have to get healthy before I actually become obese because right now I'm just 8 pounds away from my healthy weight, but anyways, I have to make a lifestyle change in order for this to happen. We all do. Eating healthy and exercising shouldn't be something that we are doing just to lose weight. It should be something that becomes a lifestyle for us all. We need to make a conscious decision right now that we aren't going to be overweight or unhealthy. People will no longer look at us and laugh because we are bigger than they are. We only have one body, one life, so we need to treat it right. Starting right now! Don't wait until tommorrow if you have already messed up today! Good luck to all of you!
