Ht. 5'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 130 lb - heck yeah! haha sorry sarah stole your catchphrase there. ive been losing weight like crazy after i stopped for awhile. i mean, yay just last year around this time i was 220 and now im almost 50 pounds lighter^^ i know that might not seem like much,well judging on how far i have to go but it is for me. i didnt eat the healthiest before and yet i did lose weight. now im exercising and drinking only water and well 1 cup of green tea in the morning. ive eaten so well, ive been full,i get some fats,protein,and carbs in every meal like i should,ive totally cut out fast food,pop,most of eating out too. anything that has partially/fully hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup in it i wont touch(its in almost everything,jeez theyre even making most bread bad now) even though my food is a little limited, well moreso than it used to be, i dont miss all that crap at all. 48lbs down,42lbs to go! over halfway there and i know this isnt going to break now. this is it, i know it. im going to be just as fit and healthy as everyone else,probably even healthier than most(even though they probably are skinnier :P)

that's awesome!! you just like motivated me a lot. seriously!! it's good to know that you are healthier and in better shape than somebody who might be half your size.. it's true.. even if you are just starting out. atleast you are trying to be healthy... unlike some skinny people who don't try at all
