Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm going on vacation next week. for a whole week. It's about 4 or 5 hour drive or longer. I need some healthy snacks, we are gonna walk a lot and we go swim for about 3 hours every day. So I need snack ideas and what to eat at restaurants.

nuts are a good snack. just try not to eat too many. you can have like 11 almonds or 30 peanuts. veggies are good.. if you like carrot sticks... apples with a table spoon of peanut butter. granola bars... try some fiber one bars... fiber helps to fill you up.

I think a nice healthy snack would be some fruit. Or even those 100calorie snack packs.
