Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay I just want to know is running && jumproaping good 4 losing fat bc I do 30 min of jumproaping and 30 min of running then just streatching and I also do 2 hrs of other exersise in the morning but thts like weight lifting sculpting for musles and areobics.but I just want to know if the jump roaping and running is good or should I try to do more.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 171 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hi everyone :) I've been doing o.k I guess I'm going to try harder though some of my motivation is clothing I love fashion ans I want to wear all the cute shirts and I wanna look good and more importantly feel good in them.and I want to buy so many cute jeans and things like tht on sept.22 is my best friends bday and were going on a shopping spree so I'm hoping to lose about 15 to 20 pnds by spt and I would be 145 or less if I really trie.well thnx everyone.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 140 lb - so i woke up today and got on the scale, something i never did since a month. about a month ago i weighed 185 lbs and today i weighed myself and i'm 195 lbs. i gained 10 lbs in a month! i know why i gained weight, cuz i eat take out and junk food constantly and i barley do any exercise anymore. i don't know what is wrong with me. i use to go to the gym for 2 hours everyday with my sister and walk about 3 times a week for an hour each time and i never ate all that much. but since i slowly stopped doing all of that and eventually completly stopped exercising, i am really lazy and it seems like i never ever get the "full" feeling and i always have room in my stomach for more food. it really disappoints me because i use to be so active and now i'm really lazy and i don't really feel like doing anything no more. how do i get out of this habbit of not wanting to do anything besides stay in the... The reason is that im becoming to obsessed with my weight loss so im going to stop looking up weight tips, measurement requirements and site like this....... i know it sounds stupid but its the only way for me to kick the habit, its hurting me i HATE it.......but ill be back 8/23/07 in like 19 days!!!! Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone. I'm going to be completely honest. I don't want to work out outside anymore because it's like 90-100 degrees and I don't want heat stroke and it just isn't safe. So does anyone have any tips to exersize indoors? I have cardio dvds and stuff and I know that'll work but does anyone else have any more ideas? I really want to lose 20 lbs before school starts

Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i wish there was a way you could see what you would look like if you lose a certine number of pounds. this sounds a little concided, but i think if i lost 100 lbs or so i would be drop dead gourgas. that is my motivaion for now.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ................ i lost 2.5 lbs from sunday - wednesday and im weighing myself again 2morro so hopeful;ly iv lost more this week :D i hope another 2.5 cause then that would b 5 pounds and i reall really b REALLY /b need 2 b back at 165 i hate that i gained so much when i was doing so well :(

Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 200 lb - omg i'm so mad i gained 4 pounds but their's no1 to blame but me i've bine eat to much and sometimes idk how to control it i was doing just fine and then i just messed up. I told myself that it didn't matter that i'll just keep doing what i need to do to loose weight but it's so hard well i promise ya'll that i'll try my best this time. I'm so happy that i'm going to runing camp though well everyone i want to loose 10 pounds by the 18th but i don't think it'll b possible so i'll try 5 pounds well guys wish me luck and i will loose those 5 pounds well guys i'll be back if i loose anything.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 304 lb, Today: 299 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hi, I've been overweight my whole life. I've always tried everything even what the doctor recommended, it never worked. I've finally found something that has been helping me. I go to this gym for kids. And I go to a meeting there once a week, we discuss things like what helps and what doensn't. And like I just find it very hard to keep with the portions but sometimes I can't do the portions....And it's very hard to have a busy life style and not eat the fast food or junkfood. My two siblings are both very healthy and skinny, and I always feel left out. It looks like I shouldnt't be where I am. I don't find it fair and I never have. But I thought itwould be nice to come and see some of the other things you guys have had to say......
