Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 140 lb - so i woke up today and got on the scale, something i never did since a month. about a month ago i weighed 185 lbs and today i weighed myself and i'm 195 lbs. i gained 10 lbs in a month! i know why i gained weight, cuz i eat take out and junk food constantly and i barley do any exercise anymore. i don't know what is wrong with me. i use to go to the gym for 2 hours everyday with my sister and walk about 3 times a week for an hour each time and i never ate all that much. but since i slowly stopped doing all of that and eventually completly stopped exercising, i am really lazy and it seems like i never ever get the "full" feeling and i always have room in my stomach for more food. it really disappoints me because i use to be so active and now i'm really lazy and i don't really feel like doing anything no more. how do i get out of this habbit of not wanting to do anything besides stay in the house and munch out on chips ? i think part of the reason why i don't wanna go outside is because it is summer time and i really hate wearing shorts and a bathingsuit,& i never swim cuz i feel too big for bathingsuits. can someone help me :(

U should start doing exersise again little by little till ur back and the food I know its soo hard everytime I'm hungry I watch foodnetwork and I dream about all types of food. But remember u control food food doesn't control u.
