Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay I just want to know is running && jumproaping good 4 losing fat bc I do 30 min of jumproaping and 30 min of running then just streatching and I also do 2 hrs of other exersise in the morning but thts like weight lifting sculpting for musles and areobics.but I just want to know if the jump roaping and running is good or should I try to do more.

that is good 4 now but when ur fitness improves and u lose weight u will have to either do longer or higher intensity of those exercises :D that is so good though ♥

running is great! i started running when i got stuck with my weight and it really helped! plus, runners loose a lot of weight and inches from their waists
