Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - okay yesterday and over the wekkend I ate overe 3,500 calories everday amd I thimk I gained 2 pounds. So today and tomorrow I was going to not eat and exercise a lot but only for two days. Howvere is it better to just start new today and eat healthy and exercise a lot? I am scared though because I was so proud and tomorrow I am going to the doctor and I wanted them to see how much weight I lost but now my self esteem is back at zero because I ate so much I can't control my disgusting self. I purged and took medicine but then just ate more! PLz respond because I am not eating, or not eating anyway, until someone responds to me!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok, a way to stop eating when you are not hungry, is not keep really really good food in the house - taste wise. for me, we don't have a whole lot of food that i like, so i only eat when i'm hungry and i've lost 3 pounds just this week.

ONLY eat when your hungry NEVER eat when ur not hungry trust me, it will help. and excersize every day for 30-60 min. even if its swimming, running,walking, anything that is excersize. hopefully that will help. im looking for a weight loss buddy so if anyone wants to be mine email me...omgitznomi@hotmail.com

Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - everyone wants to make a goal weight before they start school, but dont feel bad if you dont make it you cant just lose weight for a few weeks, or you'll just get to all back sometimes even more.
