Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok I ahd about 1200 calories today or maybe 1300 then I did 30 min walk while cleaning my room, then I did about 40 to 50 min soccer. And I do this about everyday with some kind of other exercise but it seems not to help. I really screwed up last night because I had 15 pizza rolls and even more. So 2 morrow I'm gonna do 20 min in the morning then I'm gonna do 30min soccer and a walk then something else. Would that help please reply
