Ht. 5'2", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hi everybody. Im new to this site and i really think it's a very interesting one.
Well.. my name is Kim and im obviously overweight. can u please give me tips about losing 30pounds in 2months? do u thinks dats possible?

im so desperate coz i dont even know how to start and how to get motivated to lose weight:(

Kim instead of wanting to lose so much weight in such a short time maybe you should try to set a mini goal of lets say 10 pounds in a month. You should start walking 30 min and from then on add more time. and if you think you can walk for a hour even better. Cut out the soda, chips, candy, pizza, hamburgers. Eat salad, buy fruits lots of them so that you can snack on them when you are hungry. eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner...eat to live dont live to eat thats the advice i get from my cousins. Another thing dont weigh yourself everyday try doing it everytwo weeks or so.
Try to take it easy, weight loss is a lifestyle you need to take up and learn. its not a thing which can happen by night dont rush yourself and try to do everything in a hurry, pace yourself and little by little it can happen.
