Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey i learned a tip: honey is used as a home remedy to help lose weight. Adding it to your tea or water can increase your weight loss. Also so can having 2 tomatoes for breakfast for a month or so but who would do that? lol. hope i helped someone =)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 280 lb, Today: 265 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I cannot wait till school starts. I know no one will notice a difference in my weight loss, but as the year progresses, they will. I have been overweight all my life. It sucks going to the store with my friends and I just . . . can't. But I'm ready to make changes. I feel good. I've lost 15 pounds so far, that's a good start. Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - (Actual weight: 130) UGGGGHHGHGHGHGHOLSJDFLJA Well it's my second day on vacation in Frisco out of 5 daysfortunately and I have been eating HORRIBLY. But at least I've been walking around a lot. Still, no more sugar for me. The rest of the trip is healthy healthy healthy. And once I get back I just hope my weight is still 130. And then ima work to loose 10 more pounds and tone up the parts of my body I dun like. Well hope you guys are doin great. Stay strong :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - so today i had lots of water yogurt with organic granola,chai tea with some honey, 100 calorie pack wheat thins with humus,and half a bar of hersheys chocolate,a can od manderine oranges. i rollerbladed a mile, walked jogged about a mile, and played wall ball soccer for about an half an hour. How did i do? P.S. i am not starving i feel happy and content.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ive always been overweight but im not really an overeatter right now one of my friends is being my personal trainer( her dad owns a gym..i weigh 2 of her) right now she has me doing this workout at least once a day( jumping jacks, sit ups, jumping jacks, push ups(womans) repeat) i am really happy cause in the past yeari havent been able to do sit ups or push ups now i can cause she forced me...so is there any other workout ideas u have?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - every time i eat, i feel like i HAVE to exercise afterwards or i will get fatter(cuz usually, i do, even if i eat something healthy) i get that from my dad. does anybody else feel like that after they eat and then run around or exercise. somebody i know told me that ive been acting wierd lately with food and exercise and that im an exercise bulimic.I even went home from another friend's house so i can exercise and i was sick that day too. i didnt believe her til i looked it up and its real and all the symptoms describe me. IS ANYBODY ELSE LIKE THAT? I THINK I NEED SOME HELP.

I'm almost positive I'm going to change my goal to 120 though. I would still be in the healthy weight range, and I think I will feel my best at that weight. I hope everyone else is doing great as well!

I haven't played DDR in a few days, I went to Que Pasta (local restaurant) and ordered manicotti on Friday, to the movies yesterday (Hairspray, got buttery popcorn), and had a piece of cheesecake (today) that I baked yesterday. And I didn't gain anything! I've also been told I look thinner than I used to, so maybe I'm getting taller. =]
