Ht. 5'1", Start: 239 lb, Today: 229 lb, Goal: 200 lb - I am so stupid i was feeling so bad because i thought i wasn't loseing weight but i forgot that i started out with 239 pounds not 235 so i've lost 10 pounds it's not to much since it's going to be almost 1 month but i don't care if it takes me 1 year i will get down to 115 pounds wish me luck because i'm going to need it and good luck to all of you guys

Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok so i had an apple and some light lemon yoplait about an hour after i got up then i went on the elipical(dont know how to spell it) for 15 min. then for lunch i had 3/4 cuts Life with 1/2 1% milk then i did another 15 min. then for dinner i will have some of whatever my dad makes then i will work out for another 20-30 min. hows that sound can you tell me what im doing wrong or right?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 108 lb - Hey well i am new to this website and i wanted to see if any of you guys have any diets that have worked or and good excerses. i really want to lose my baby fat cause it had finaly hit me that i needed to lose it. i am really trying to focus on my abs cause i already have the legs and arms in great shape. so just give me a comment. thanks.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay so I had cheerios in 1% milk for breakfast, lunch-boca burger no bun, and cottage cheese, dinner-gonna have 3 oz of pot roast, 4 baby potatoes, and honeydew. snacks-1/2 diet coke plus, 1 banana, 1 apple. I am going to do a 40 min. walk around the block, 45 min. on the excercise bike and I did a 30 min. lower body pilates workout and a 30 min. abs pilates video workout. How did I do. And If I do that same exercise everyday, but alternate the pilates videos with a 30 min. hardcore pilates vidoe(kickboxing,ect.) do I need to do anything else. I mean since I am doing cardio, intervals, and strengthening my abs and lower body do I need to do anything else?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - i finally lost 3 pounds! i know its not alot but i have been dieting and exercising for 4 months and just started to get results. the problem now-my elliptical broke and i cant run outside cuz i live in a bad neighborhood and my mom wont let me. its also cold outside so i cant swim. im going to a party soon and i dont know what to do because they have a chocolate fountain and we are also roasting marshmallows and making smores(its a sleepover)a couple days ago i did kindof badly...i ate a bar of chocolate and a couple brownies and fried chicken cuz we went to a fair and my mom doesnt like the idea of me dieting so she makes me eat unhealthy food. she is wierd. i really hope i can lose more but in starting to get hungrier cuz im used to eating alot and now im eating smaller portions.

I have eaten 3 egg whites (scrambeled) for my breakfast,
and 2 pieces of toasted brown bread with smooth peanut butter.
I have jumped rope, i did 300 jumps.
For my dinner i plan to have fresh fish with some sort of veg!
And i plan to do around 1 hour- 1 hour and 30 minutes on my stepper machine!
So guys... how did i do?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 276 lb, Today: 276 lb, Goal: 125 lb - so i'm over weight obviously, and i am pretty much used to it, and i know that is bad. i have been big my whole life and right now i feel like a dissappointment to my parents. they both know that i am unhappy with the way i look and they aren't happy aobut ti either but i recently told them that at this point in my life they can't do anything about it, and that it's up to me really what happens. i have always wanted a motivation to become thinner and seeing the looks on my parents faces when they look at me just breaks my heart and i think that i finally have that motivation. i don't want my parents to be ashamed of me, so i am going to lose weight any way i can. i'll keep everyone updated on the weight i lose because i promise, i will be losing weight

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm actually 130 pounds now and all I need is to loose 10 MORE POUNDS!!! 10 more pounds dude. What are some good exercises to work my inner thighs and my love handles...or my lower stomach area? Those are my problem areas. I'm also gunna start yoga soon and I was wondering what parts of the body yoga strengthens? Honestly I really haven't been eating as well as I should be, I've been eating 3 very small meals a day and once school starts it will be easier to get into an eating schedule so until then I'll just keep doing this. I just wanna loose 10 MORE POUNDS! Thanks guys for all your support and good luck to everyone, keep stayin strong!
