Ht. 5'4", Start: 223 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Since July 16th I have lost 3 pounds. I started eating more fruits and vegies and less junk food. I am also giving up pop, I haven't had one in 3 days. If any one want to be my diet partner, I would be really happy. Also if you have any tips, it would like it if you would share them.

I don't know, I guess it's because I cut out almost all the junk food. And stated eatting more fruits and Vegies. Oh and I also have cut out most of the pop, I use to drink 2-3 a day and now I might drink one every 2 days.
