passover is on the eve of the 23rd this April, and its a really important jewish holiday. my family always has this huge celebration with friends and family and we spend over two days cooking for it. all the food is REALLY bad for you... except for maybe hard boiled eggs and matzo ball soup. should i just keep to those foods?

Hey guys,
I lost 5 pounds i am so happy lol. The only place i really have extra fat that i dont want is on my stomach. Do u think cruches are the best to do to lose this? I am in track to so i run everyday, thats most of my excerise but it isnt doing anything to my stomach should i include crunces into my excerise? One more thing do u think i can lose 25 pounds by like....July? thanks guys

*Breakfast*- light yoghurt (100 cals), and a plum (50 cals)
*Lunch*- Ramen Noodles (190 cals), and 9 quaker rice cakes (70 cals)
*Snack*- string cheese (80 cals)
*Dinner*- ceasar salad (100 cals), carrot (5 cals), milk (100 cals), and mandarin oranges (80 cals)
*Dessert*- shoestring potatoes (140 cals), and a tic tac (2 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES: 917

Hi Everyone!
Does anyone have any good tips to get off a plateu? I've been on it for like 3 weeks. I've been trying so hard, I can't seem to loose anymore. do you think I should increase or decrease my calorie intake? Thanks so much!

hey every one
ive had a slight set back this week i gained a pound because i HAD been slacking on my eating and excersize but im getting back on track so my goal for when summer starts is to be at 129 right now im at 135 but i know with all the set backs ive had i need to make room for mistakes but i cant give opportunity for them.. and its gonna take a while to get off that plateau of 130 do you guys have any eating tips for eating when your not hungry?? because im not really hungry most of the time but ill walk in the kitchen and get something to eat because i guess it use to be a routine.. how do i get out of that routine and into a new one???? my long term goal is to be 115 by august six *my 16 birthday* and ill be getting my licesense soon after so id love some advice

well im back on ma diet now!! lol does this sound ok:- 3 slices of smoked bacon, with tomatoes (157cals) glass of water (0) 2 slices of wholemeal bread with tuna mayo in it (288) packet of low fat crips (92) orange juice (82) peas,carrots, green beans, brussels (130) 1 medium potato (109) 2 chicken breasts (roasted) (412) cadbury animal biscuits (118) glass of water (0) that = to me 1388 so i think i did ok i have also burnt 500 cals off on my ski machine and done 50 sit ups and weight lifted also

hey my name's Michelle. I've been dieting for a looong time now. I'm constantly losing 20 pounds, putting 10 on, losing 5, putting on 15 ect. ect. ect. I was wondering if an egg on a bagel is healthy. i made two eggs and a small bagel. (also cheese) It was good but i want to make sure it is healthy. How does this sound for lunch??... ham sandwich, fruit cup, and chocolate milk(fat free). thankz guyz. my weight keeps going up and down. UGH. I was at 195 and now i am about 197-198. I really can't wait to get to 145. my birthday is coming up next month. I WILL OFFICALLY BE 13!!!!!! YAH!lol How much weight do u think i could lose by then if i truly stick to my diet? Alright here is what i did today please tell me if i did good or bad and what i could improve on cuz i need advice... For Breakfast water and about 2 scoops of hamburger helper(was in a hurry) for Lunch - pizza pocket , 2pint milk, peaches, and a cookie.. for Dinner - 2 hotdogs wrapped in bacon(grilled), one little spoon of hamburger helper, 2 tator tots, and water..for a lil snack i had one lil spoon of brownie mix:P lol..i went on about a 2 mile walk today and played basketball in P.E. and had a 10 minute warm up run then.. i drink about 4 quarts of water a day!! please give me advice on how i did! but just be typing this i can tell i did worse than i thought!!..thanks much! and good luck 2 all!:D

1200CALORIES--its been everywhere on this site, and for good reason. Experts say its the lowest you should go daily in order to get the proper nutrition your body needs and keep you out of "startvation mode." But, i was reading something online about that. Apparently that is only a guide line. There is no real limit, no real standard for EVERYONE. A small person who does little to no exercise, might be perfectly fine on 900cal. Where as a big athletic kid might need as much as 2000cal. Its a tough thing to try and figure out, espcially cuz there is no machine or test to tell you what your own perfect cal limit is. Dont take this message as an excuse to start eating 500cl a day and claiming its your own personal limit. I just thought it was interesting. So if you find that you can still lose weight in the long run and not be hungry everyday on only 1000cal, dont flip out. Likewise, if you arent losing weight with 1200cal, maybe its not enough for you. good luck everyone!

I've read the things that people have to say about the losing weight and so far I have the * drink a lot of water * thing down pat. All I have to do is EAT HEALTHY lol.It seems that I've been gaining weight.I was 180 pounds and now im like 190 something..grr..
