ok, right now im 74kg, which is right in the top of my healthy weight range (53-78kg) so my goal is to get downto 60kg, which is a little more then 130lbs, but thats not really what Im concerned about. Cuz i want to tone more then to weigh less, so if igain weight, but its muscle weight, then thats fine. Anyway, its like it have a layer of fat around every part of my body, cept my head and neck. And i dont know if i should try to loose that with diet, or if just toning will do it. Is there anyway to tell? OH, and y pair of pants of mine that are like size14 will no longer stay up, they fall completely off! YAY!

hey every one i lost three pounds...im happy about that but after i weighed my self i kinda subconciously slacked off on my diet it was like well you lost three pounds... you dont have to do so much but i do does any one have any advice on how to get remotivated....

now this is what my mother told me ...she said that if you want to lose weight all you have to do is walk everyday and eat right i think that is good an i am gonna try it an hopefully i can lose weight now if you are up in the 2hundreds this is for you and for the 1hundereds too but people you should really consider doing this especially at your own pace

sorry for the double post but, I noticed alot of people are wondering how to lose your love handles and stuff, well Seventeen magazine has an awesome workout article in every single issue. I have a subscrption and I have lost alot of weight doing the workouts. They have ways to tone your abs in 2 weeks so you can see the muscle and they have ways to tonw your thighs. butt, and arms. Its really cool you poeple should check it out!

Here's what I ate! (i'm not calorie couting!) Breakfast- light yoghurt Lunch- spaghetti o's, a string cheese, and some quaker rice cakes Snack- A "citris sizzle" smoothie Dinner- 1 and a half cheese enchiladas with lettuce and olives, a cup of milk Also, I went on a long walk and drank lots of water. How'd I do?

oh man oh man I have been here so many times to try to get help. I remember coming here when I was 12. I've been through a lot of weight buddies but lost contact to them all. Quite sad. I was just wondering if anyone plays Dance Dance Revolution in here to lose weight. Its sooo fun and easy to shed calories and pounds. If anyone does just respond here... maybe we can work something out ;)

Hey everyone, haven't been on here for a while. Well since summer I have gained 30 pounds and feel horrible about myself...so i eat, or when ever i feel mad, or sad, or just can't stand myself for not being as skinny as allmy friends i just eat...andi mean not like a cookie or two...like the equivalent of 2 suppers, except its all junk. But i have finally gotten enough motivation and i really started to try as i hard as i could on monday. i did great on monday and felt awsome about myself, then tuesday, i did good throughout the day than i ate a whole bunch at night. well today i have gotten back on track again...but am really really wanting to go eat a bunch of crap that i know i will regret later..but its taking all my will power to stay planted in this chair as i feel if i go upstairs to watch tv. i will end up eating please please help me. i have a major lack of will power and self confidence.

I gained 2.2 pounds this week, but my goal is to lose those 2.2 pounds this week and if I do, my mom is going ot buy me winsor pilates, SO I HAVE TO LOSE IT!!! But, I am hungry right now, so I am going to go to sleep, so I won't eat. Thx for everyones support!

Hi, sorry if i change the subject but i thought you peps might beable to help me... My cousins invited me to go to Florda with them. I really want to go, but its the week before our play, and school is almost over. I really want to be with my friends as long as i can(its my last year at this school). But i really want to go to Florda because my family dosent always get to go on nice vacations like that. Should I go to Florda or stay home?

its raining and thundering out now, and i dont want to go upstairs and run. i dont like being up stairs alone on the treadmill during a storm, cuz like im scared the power will go out. is it ok if today i just do crunches and butt firmers? and like skip the running? wonderful way to restart a diet... sheesh im such a scaredy cat

hey every one i have lost a total of three pounds since last week YAY and im almost at the same measurements i was last year what i need is some ideas for different kinds of excersizes like crunches and squats because my muscles are pretty much use to those so i need to find something that is challenging for them, and different so im targeting the same muscles but in a different way do you guys have any ideas ..... if you do please share and give a description on how to do them because ive just been looking for some on the internet and i havent really found any that make sense...
