I AM SOOO UPSET. my family(except my dad) are all losers!!! they suck. when i say that, i mean my brother and my mom. I can't believe this!. I am crying reight now. sry if i spell things wrong. I told my mom that i wasn't going to use the computer. my brother knows that i come down here to use the tv to do my exercising. so he said, "y, are u going down there to do ur exercises?" in a aweful way. then he said, "u don't want us to come down there, because u don't want us to see u jiggle." I started getting mad and i started telling him to shut the f up. he is like bragging b/c he is like super skinny(but ugly). then we get into a fight. i punch him, he punched me. blah, blah blah. My mom starts yelling at me and says that i should stop. she is threatning to tell my teacher that how bad I am at my conference. i have been SO exhausted lately. ive been getting up at 6 to run and then going to bed at 12 because of so much homework overload and today i fell asleep during math, which really isnt good, i missed the whole 1 1/2 hour lesson and i have no idea what were learning! and next time is a quiz! ive never fallen asleep in a class before... and im stressing out so much... i dont know what to do! i need that running time to sleep an extra hour, i know that, because 6 hours just isnt enough for me. please say i can still lose weight without running! i dont care if its slower, just right now i cant afford the time! or should i just give up? i want to cry right now... but im going to nap instead. then i'll be up until 12 doing homework.

Hi everyone. I weight 190 and I really need help to lose it! I want to lose this weight by August 10th (my dad's birthday! can I plez get some tips? PLEZZZ??? I really need to lose this weight, but I don't think i will be having any eatting problems because my mom just found out that she had dieabeties (however you spell it) and we are gonna start eatting healthy! but i hope my mom is okay :( she told me she is fine but whatever, the thing is, I am going through a lot of stress and I really need help! When I get stressed, I tend to gain up to 5 pounds a week! Yikes! but I really need to lose this weight, can you guys please help me, please? thank you!

OMG..does anyone do really good on a diet and just have a lame bindge and screw up? Why do dieters have bindges now versus not on diets? I never used to do this. Its not really a habbit. Mabye like 2 times a month but it still makes me mad. Anyway to stop or prevent it? Anyone else has this problem?

right now i am really depressed its spring break and i havent done anything i started a good work out plan on monday and then i just blew it off im trying to get back on track but every thing seems like soo much effort and i cant seem to stop crying my appetite has gone away all ive eaten is a bowl of cereal..and its almost 5pm does any one have any idea on what to do about this i think im gonna go out running in a minute...

Hey guys, I posted a message earlier about how you can speed up your metabolism fastly. Well everyone should start this and give it a try for a week. Well a good day to start is Sunday. On Sunday, endulge yourself. thats right...eat a lot of calories. One could say its bindging but your only doing it once and this is to get your metabolism quickly fired. THEN the next day, go on a 1,200 calorie diet on Mon, Tues. Wed, eat 1,400 cals. Thurs and Fri, eat 1,200 again. Sat you eat 1,400 and Sunday you weigh yourself again. I already started this on Monday and here it is Thursday and I'm down 3 lbs. But you cant rely just on your diet. I put forth 1 hr a day of exercising. 30 o those 60 minutes were lifting. You must lift. Its very important to bost metabolism. I also drank tons of COLD COLD COLD water. Give it a try and see how you do. This is also a good "diet" because after your bindge day, you won't want to do it for the rest of the week. TRUST ME! So pig on Sunday because you'll loose more by next Sun.

Ok I do 50 situps everyday...but my stomach is still...THERE. I hate it, I hate this big mountain that I have. It's in the way, I want to get rid of it. No matter how much I do, it won't budge. I still remember when one day this boy asked me if I was pregnant. I cried a lot and I still do sometimes, please...tell me how I can make this stomach disppear. Sometimes I just feel fat and helpless...that what I'm doing isn't enough, when will I SEE results? I know I lost 11 lbs on this diet...but when will I actually SEE myself looking different? I'm desperate.
