OMG..does anyone do really good on a diet and just have a lame bindge and screw up? Why do dieters have bindges now versus not on diets? I never used to do this. Its not really a habbit. Mabye like 2 times a month but it still makes me mad. Anyway to stop or prevent it? Anyone else has this problem?

ugh yes! honestly, i believe everyone has that problem. the thing is, unless your doctor said so, you dont need to be on a diet. just eat SMALLER PORTIONS!! dont eat so much at breakfast, lunch, and dinner with smaller snacks in between. and dont eat things like candy, fattening chips, or cookies/cake/pie. otherwise, with exercise at least 3 times a week, you should be fine. you "binge" out because your body wants more. dont deprive it. youre still growing and being on an adult "diet" will only take away neccasary things your body needs.
