hey you guys
sorry to write again but this is a tip
get soy protein mix that stuff gives you SOO MUCH ENERGY im not kidding normally i would have to force my self to do excersize and just get my but off the couch but today after i drank that stuff *i mixed it in a smoothie* i havent been able to stop all day the only thing i did wrong was eat when i wasnt hungry but if you can control your self you probably wont be hungry for like FOUR - FIVE hours its only like ten bucks but it is WORTH IT!!!!

I just got back from a huge garage sale. I bought a pair of size 5 jeans from a chinese teenage girl. I tried them on- they are like more than skin tight. They are cute flare l.e.i. jeans. Now, my goal is to fit in them! I'm several sizes bigger than a 5. Please help me fit in them! Any tips?????****

ok, so i was out of town for 4 days and it was impossible not to drink soda, so i am just going to limit myself on that from now on, cuz sometimes there just isnt anything else, not even water cuz regular water is nasty. so im just gonna do my best to do 50 crunches a day and keep eating healthy and try not to drink soda. right now everyone keeps telling me that im not fat, except my family. so im just gonna do what i can, and not worry my head off about it. im not really that unhappy with myself, i just need to learn to control myself cuz of my thyroid problem (which makes everything hard, really) so, im not giving up, im just not being as hard on myself. well i gotta go unpack from my trip (which was a blast praise the Lord!!!)(yes i am a christian, if you have a problem with it, please just talk to me) :) mmk, tootles

i really want to lose weight. but everytime i try to start off good i get discouraged and knocked back down into not wanting to. but i know i need to lose weight because i am 17 and weigh 230. I am not going to prom because i did not get asked. but i just need some encouragement and great ways to lose weight.

OMG today I dunno howwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I did 43 crunches/situps!!
I COULD NEVER GO ALL THE WAY UP ....but this time by miracle I dunno how I did it. OMG I'm going to do everyday now...I know that this will help me lose my stomach along with the regular diet of breakfast everyday, no white foods, whole wheat bread, waterrrr waterrr waterrr and no eating after 7!!! I REALLY HOPE THIS WORKS. THANKS TO HELEN AND EVERYONE on this siteee, you guys pushed me and said I am determined soo thank you so much, I never knew complete strangers over the internet could have this real effect on me. You guys rock.

is jogging inn place for 30 minutes in your home the same as jogging outside or on the treadmill for 30 minutes

Hey for anyone who uses a stationary bike,whats a good amount to do it for? I did it for 10 minutes today, and am going to add two minutes every other day untill I reach 30 minutes....Doe sthat sound ok? Man cycling is hard!

hey you guys i am SOO MAD right now first reason i got on the scale this morning and i knew i havent done very well so i was expecting some gain..good news i only gained a pound...i thought it was gonna be more but it was very depressing.. in the morning i had my smoothie like i planned and i put protein powder mix (vanilla flavored) and that filled me up but about three hours later i ate something even though i was not hungry i did just to eat i wasnt sad i wasnt bored i just wanted to eat and i ate like a whole bunch of calories just by doing that and i dont know why do you guys have any idea what that is and how to prevent it??????? to burn off some calories i have ran two times today and i think i ran about three miles both times im not sure but im doing it again tomorrow and tonight im doing ab work but id really appreciate it if you answered my question..

- Do you pay more attention to the calories or grams of fat on the nutrition label? Oh yeah, say you had 1000 calories but that all equaled to lets say 60 grams of fat, could u still gain weight?

do you think that eating like 1200 one day and then 15000-1600 the next and then back to 1200 will spike your metabolism? will eating the same foods each day even if itss still only 1200 calories stunt weight loss?

Hi me again, Try this website it is better for the portion quiz, then look on the right, and take I and II Quizzes. The difference in calories are alot.
