I need to lose weight. I weigh um 148lbs..and i am 5'4 ft and um do u guys think it will help me if i eat healthy and exercise one hour on the treadmill each day..do u guys think i'll lose 30 lbs by summer?

I think that your not fat. You should not go on a diet just exercise, or join a sport. i wish i weight 148.

You probably don't need to lose 30 pounds, plus that is a short time frame, set realistic small goals. Like 'i WILL lose 10 pounds by summer' or 'by the time i go back to school next year, I wan't to be at my goal weight' that will help you more. Good Luck!
