Alright.. I've read what you people have written and thanks for writing and stuff. But what i am doing is pretty healthy for me because I will be doing it only for about a month with exercise in order for my metabolism to become faster and then my diet will reach up to 1200, I'm not worried at all, becuz' my mother a doctor is around all the time incase i do something wrong, bes thanx you guys.. it does seem like people actually care about others, that makes me feel quite happy, anyway good luck to you all :)

Right now I'm 5 foot and I weigh 197 lbs. I'm in a size 18/19 and was wondering on if I would weigh about 170 lbs. would I be able to fit in a size 14? Just post if your a girl what your weight..height..age..and pant size you are. Thanks!!

Here's what I ate today!
BREAKFAST- 2 apple cinnomon waffles with a tiny bit of butter and syrup;
LUNCH- peanut butter & jelly sandwich, some grapes
DINNER- 6" veggie delite Subway sandwich, a chocolate chip cookie

Exersizes:
Morning: 20 jumping jacks, 2 minutes jogging in place, 4 minutes of marching in place
Afternoon: 5 minutes of trampoline, 30 minute walk/jog
Night: 50 jumping jacks and 20 arm/leg stretches

I don't know if anybody already posted anything a/b this or not, b/c I haven't been on here, but the reason that terri shiavo got so ill was b/c she had a lack of potassium due to bulimia. Just thought I would add that!

I have lost 5.6 pounds so far, at weight watchers. That is in 5 weeks though, and I haven't tried hard at all, except excersizing, but I would really like to lose it a little more quickly. Does any one have any suggestions?

I love to run, but i never see any progress with my weight when i run. Even if i run for a week straight, the scale won't budge... it really de-motivates me to run if the scale isn't going to move... i don't want to give it up, but i also want to see results. What should i do?

i need some advice.. i weigh 220 now and im 5ft 6 .. i just cant lose weight.. i have tried and tried and tried.. i have fought being overweight since i was 6 and im now 13.. i want to get surguery... n im looking into it and its something i really want to do cuz im just tired of it all!i just want it to go away!it has ruined my life!:'( i need some advice or something before i have a nervous breakdown people..please be kind and help me! please!!

Lets see I weighed in @ 166lbs today! Ewww! I've gained like 6 lbs so back on the diet today! LoL! Um for breakfast I had and slimfast(180) and green tea(0), for lunch I had pretzels(170) and a few grapes, for a snack I had peanut butter and crackers (250) and for dinner I had green beans (40) and sum fried potatos (gross I know like bout 300) I did pretty good compared to what I eat when I don't care. Well I'm gonna go do sum abs! Post again tomorrow! Wish me luck! *mUaHz* Whit

sorry for posting two in a row, but now i have a question. for the past week, ive been stretching with my exercise ball. Whenever i finish, whether i have just eaten or not, i feel really naseous, like i want to throw up. is there a reason for this? thankies :-)

i dont remember who mentioned this, but using book tapes while you run is like the BEST idea ever! im going to stack up on them so i can use them while on the treadmill. thankyou so much for the idea! its seriously awesome!

Hey, Alright I know I'm overweight.. but from the numbers i hear from people.. I'm not sure if i am that much.. but anyway i've got an excellant way to lose weight in a good speed , it's healthy and it'll work.. at least it did for me Anyway.. eat only 900 cals a day.. meaning 250-breckfast, 400- dinner / lunch ( at 3/4 after school ) and 250- for supper before 7.30 meaning you lose simple weight without like Exercising and if you do Exercise then that's terrific ! and you get to lose even more weight.. if you need help at any time.. just ask So many people out there are like you and we can all help each other defeat our problems and remember you're always amazing no matter what !!

Hey guys, whats up? The weather today is so good, but its saposed to rain FRIDAY SATURDAY and SUNDAY! So that means I won't be able to go out and go for some nice nighttime power walks, or go running in the afternoon. Any ideas for exercise? My soccer is canceld for this weekend becuase of the rain. Oh and I also have a question. Lets say once you've finished your diet and you want to go on a 1,600 calories a day to maintain your weight. How does, this sound? Breakfast=300 Lunch=400 Snack=300 Dinner=600? Can anyone give me a better guide? Thanks!
