out of curiosity, when it IS your time of month, how much bodily fluid does it actually add to your weight? like a pound? more than a pound? less??? should i not weigh myself this week lest i become uber upset with myself for gaining weight that is actually from my period? or does it depend on who you are, whether it fluctuates you weight? thanks a bunch

Hey!!! I am looking for a REALLY good diet. It is hard for me to stick to one single diet because all my other freinds eat anything they want in front of me...... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 14 5'5" and 164 lbs. I would greatly appreciate your response. Thanks!!

how much weight do you think i could lose in around 4 months by doing this - eating healthil - 5 veg/fruit per day and 2litres of water - 40min cardio per day 10 min crunches 10 mins strength training 50 reps of 0.5kg 25 reps of 1.5kg and 7 reps of 3.0kg? if oyu could reply that would be great because this is what i have started doing again since monday and i just wanted and estimate thanx

Hey everyone!, Hows everyone feeling latly?I have like two questions! Im 5'2 and weight 145lbs. Is 1200 cal. and ok diet for me? and if you think it is how much weight do you think i'd be able ta lose in the next two months?and one more. . .how do you suggest that i split my meals up (how many cal.s a meal)? Hey to all!.. i havent been on here in forever, and its good to be back!..my diet has SUCKED major i have only lost 4 pounds.. and i need to lose 80! I say RIGHT NOW we put our foot down and say YES I AM GOING TO DO IT I AM GOING TO ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL..(if you already havent) Enough is enough for me.. i need to change my life so I FEEL BETTER.. and a nice steak or Mcdonald hamburger or a huge piece of cake IS NOT going to destroy my hard work.. now dont get me wrong.. if u r craving somethin that isnt "good" for ur diet.. THEN EAT IT.. but in small reasonable portions.. because if u dont then you will want it and crave it until u give in and then u eat WAY more than u should.. its just hard to control..am i right?...Reply to me if you are ready AND I MEAN ready to make a change in your life.. im tired of waiting .. im starting right now.. my promise to you and i want to help many people ... Hi everyone. How is your weight loss going. Well let me tell you mine hasn't been so great because I have just been giving up. But you know I am just so tired of it!!!!!!! I hate my life because I am unhappy with the way I look and feel. Every day for the past 3 years I have told myself I am going to lose weight and have I got anywhere? No!!! I just get so upset about being fat that it just want to eat more and that is bad. Anyways I really want to do it this time. I know I have said this before but this time I want it to be for REAL! I am writing this because I found another awsome website for teens to visit and become a member of just like this one. It is called toneteen.net / It has all sorts of charts and calculators to help you. I think it is really cool and the best part is I can keep daily track of how I am doing and they even have a food diary and exercise chart for you to type in what you do each day. I just wanted to share this information with you and I wish you all luck and suscess because it is what I am hoping for. I really want to do this!!!

hey all just wanted to say that sometimes i sound kinda negative, and i dont mean it. but sometimes i read posts that are just ridiculous! like a girl asks if she did good when she ate junk all day and peolpe are like "o, yea, u did great" its silly, that isnt gonna halp people lose weight! so sometimes im a lil negative, but im just tryin to help

yes, i remember a few messages ago i said if i messed up, i'd die. well, i messed up. its not ENTIRELY my fault, i woke up this morning and i was fainting and throwing up all over the place, and so i didnt eat most of the day. then, now from like 4-7 o clock, i've eaten way overboard. like, for breakfast i had a granola bar, which i later threw up, (i had run for 30 minutes before i got sick) and then i had five matzoh balls for lunchish snackish (this was around 4) and then i ate a baggie of 100 cal cookies and i was still hungry an hour later after doing 100 crunches so i had a skinny cow and now i just had dinner (wheat pasta and chicken) and my superskinny sister came home today with peeps! which i never get to eat because i dont celebrate easter, so i had four of them, and i just feel so screwed up because i went 500 calories overboard. how can i be sure i won't screw up like this tomorrow?

HI GUYS IM NEW TO THIS WEBSITE BUT IT SEEMS VERY HELPFUL!! MY MOM JUST BOUGHT ME THI EXERCISE BALL AND I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO USE IT. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO USE IT OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATED!!! PLUS I GET SO FOCUSED ON MY DIET FOR LIKE 3 DAYS AN THEN I CHEAT OR GO OFF. Hey guys ok this is what I had today:At 5:30 am I had Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal with skim milk. At 10:40 Lunch: 2 pieces of wheat bread, 1/2 apple Then I went to an orthodontist appointment, and got home at like 4:00, so then I had Dinner: 1/2 apple, sorbet bar, blueberry yogurt, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, lean cusine pizza. It all added up to 1200 calories. But is that bad to eat most of your calories at dinner. I end up like having 700 calories just at dinner. Is that bad to do, even though for the day it was 1200?

hi, this is my 1st time writing in here...and well i have read some of the storys here and thought might as well share my problem. umm well i am about 10lbs over weight, and i gained those in less then 2 months. I am currently trying to lose those once more. i cut-off junk food, but i can't stick 2 my promise, because im constantly craving it. I don't know how 2 avoid them, and also when ever im sad or confused i tend 2 eat. for example when i pass the mirror and see my excess fat and then i see the gurls around me and how skiny they are, i wish to be like them and start eating..and i, once again don't know how i cna stop that. i try excersizing but after a day or two i stop..i hate running and prefer speniding hours sitting on my comp chair....can anyone give me adivse or help me?
