omg i am going to georgia for summer break and i need to lose as much weight as i can. I have 1 quarter of school left so any suggestions? I am 5'6'' 211 lbs so plz plz help thax luv ya <3 bri

oh and to help you out start becomming active every day more then gym at school because to me gym at school is a waste of time because all you do is run around the little court thingy which is BORING anyways like i said become active whether its walking/jogging/sprinting/riding a bike just something that gets you moving and see how long you can do it and do it for a minimum of thirty minutes a day then when you get home STRETCH you do not need to feel sore because then you wont be motivated and yeah. also when you come home do core work (abs) crunches,situps,oblique crunches, leglifts, jack knifes and flutter kicks also push ups help to!
for eating if you have a slow metabolism SPEED IT UP do this by excersizing of course AND eat every hour and thirty minutes but SMALL meals or just make one big meal and split it up into three things and eat one thing every hour and half trust me it works! well if you have anymore questions email me at lilbritchick@hotmail.com
