omg, Im so excited, im starting my jogging regimine(sp) today!! I googled "beginner jogger" and got a great site with an 8 week plan for the beginner, and thats what i am. at the end of 8 weeks you are supposed to be able to run 2 miles without stopping or being outta breath. Its for 5 days everyweek, two days of rest to let muscles repair themselves and whatnot. Im very excited. Im going to Paris in 7 weeks, so Im starting today with the last day of week 1, since week one is just walking and i already do that alot. Ive heard that runninf or jogging is like the best possible way to get in shape, so ill start and hopefully it will become part of my life! Wish me luck, im about to go out for my first run!

-Sorry I ask so many questions lol. But umm is being a vegatarian for a week unhealthy, cus if it is i wont do it. I just always wondered if i could go atleast a week without meat. If its unhealthy i wont do it. One more question, is there ever a time where its to late to excercise? Cus sumtimes me and my mom go out and excercise around 7pm and 8pm. Since your metabolism slows up around that time, is it bad to excercise around that time? THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS, I APPRECIATE IT.

Since Lent is now over, I can have what I gave up (candy and ice cream). But so far, its 12 o clock and I've already has about 10 pieces of candy! Now I can't stop and I'm going to gain the weight I lost back soo quick! How can I stop these urges of chocolate, that are now running through my veins once again!!!!!

I feel like such a pig. For the past few days I was doing good eating healthy and was getting like 2 hours of exercise a day. Then yesterday I had to eat a burger and fries with my friends. On top of that I had a bunch of sweets and this morning all my little cousins were over for easter and ofcourse there was chocolate--so whats the first thibg I ate this morning--a stupid chocolate bunny and some jelly beans. Guys, this has really crushed my motivation--why isnt easy to just say "no" to those tempting foods?

Okay, I just posted something but I forgot to say my problem. Okay, well I have a fast metabolism. In other words, I can loose about 4-5 lbs in 2 days and not gain them back by eating regularly. But I always seem to loose those 5 lbs and then have a binge. Its so annoying and I just want to loose like 10 lbs. Any advice?

Well, I deffinitly ate more than I ever ate. I'm stuffed and I don't think I want to see food again. Stinkin holidays can ruien diets. But you know what? Forgive and forget! Oh well, I'll resume tomorrow. Anyone know if eating grapefruits really does help aid weight loss?

THE BEST WAY TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT MESSING UP ON YOUR DIET IS TO TELL YOURSELF THAT TOMORROW I'LL DO BETTER, BELIEVE ME IT WORKS. BEATING YOURSELF UP WONT DO ANY GOOD. IT'LL JUST MAKE YOU FEEL WORST.

First is www.dietbites.com, it is CHOCK FULL of information no matter what amount of weight you wanna lose. It is a bit complicated to navigate, but if you search around you will find what you need. Also there is http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html and it shows you every kind of exercise for EVERY muscle on your body!

Happy Easter!! I just wanted to leave a quick note before I went off to church and family brunch. Okay well I decited to forget about my diet for the day. I mean honestly, its Easter and its going to be hard with the chocolate icecream and cake and all those other great things. So, eat what you want but dont go crazy! Eat that peice of cake, or have seconds on a big bowl of pasta. Just forgive yourself tonight and work extra hard tomorrow. Have a great day everyone, and even if you dont celebrate easter, its a great day outside so enjoy that! :-)

what is a really easy way to lose weight in a fast time because i am not very committed.... i used to not eat lunch at school and tell me friends i wasn't hungry but it was to try to lose weight... would it help if i kept doing that????

ok, so for the last few days iive been drinking as much water as i can hold. Its a pain in the butt, cuz i have to go to the bathroom all the time, and i dont know if it will make any difference, but i guess ill see. Besides that, ive eaten smaller portions, but other than that, i really havent been good about cutting out unhealthy stuff. I still eat healthy meals, but its the inbetween that gets me! I never do junk food, the gease on it just grosses me out... my one vice it chocolate, in any form! it kills me, ice cream, crepe, whatever. I dunno what to do. Ok, and i have a question about running, or jogging actually. I really have never done it, like, i don tlike doing it. But i decided it was one of the best things i can do, especially now cuz the weather is so nice. I went twice with my friends running group and did 7k each time, and was dead at the end. I was thinking of doign it on my own, everday, for maybe half an hour? It took me 1 hour to do 7k, so i think thats enough to start. Id love your input!
