omg, Im so excited, im starting my jogging regimine(sp) today!! I googled "beginner jogger" and got a great site with an 8 week plan for the beginner, and thats what i am. at the end of 8 weeks you are supposed to be able to run 2 miles without stopping or being outta breath. Its for 5 days everyweek, two days of rest to let muscles repair themselves and whatnot. Im very excited. Im going to Paris in 7 weeks, so Im starting today with the last day of week 1, since week one is just walking and i already do that alot. Ive heard that runninf or jogging is like the best possible way to get in shape, so ill start and hopefully it will become part of my life! Wish me luck, im about to go out for my first run!
