hey guys like most other people i had a bad weekend but that isnt gonna stop me from losing this weight because it aint the end of the world i have 18 pounds to go to get to my goal weight(116) i weigh my self every month because then i dont see the water weight from my period. im wondering if yall have any tips for eating because i need high carb but healthy because im a runner and i need energy to burn energy and yeah but if i eat bad carbs then i gain weight and it does nothing for my energy. well id love some help and i was wondering is anyone else a runner i try and run a min of two miles a day and a max of maybe 10. in the summer when i have more time on my hands im gonna run a flat rate of 10 a day and average at seventy miles a week if any one wants to be my running buddie like we just discuss what we do daily and how much we run and just every day things it doesnt have to be about running all the time if your interested just say so and my email is lilbritchick@hotmail.com thanks ... p.s has anyone heard from melissa age 13 we use to talk alot and i dont know she hasnt talked to me in over a week
