Hi, i need a good diet plan to loose weight fast. I weigh 148lbs.(5'5"), and want to loose around 30lbs. for summer. Does the south beach diet work well? Or atkins? Or does anyone know any good dieting books that I can get at the libary? I really need to loose weight, i dont think I can stand being made fun of anymore. I feel like im the only one in the whole world that has to go throw this every day! I cry myself to sleep everyday. It really hurts. Please help.

I've been overweight since i was about 7. I have been trying to lose weight for about a year now and i have lost about 45 pounds. people tell me i look good but i still think i am huge. My Mom has been supportive but she gets frustrated with me because losing weight is all i ever talk about. it's like an obsession. i can't really talk to her about how i feel. Is being too worried about losing weight a bad thing??

hey, im marielle, im turning 16 on the 23rd of may and i want to be 118 pounds by then. i'm 146 now, so obviously im going on a strict diet. Really strict. Like a mess up and i DIE strict diet. I'm on points system, i'll eat 20 of those a day, and exercise for 30 minutes on the treadmill every single freaking morning. and then every night im doing stretches so i can get a nice butt on my stability ball. this means NO crapfood at ALL on my part. and i know i'm knew here, but oh well, im starting right now to lose this weight! right this second, this very moment. No food after eight. No icecream, cookies, or junk. just healthjunk. like fruit. and vegetables. and other gagworthy things. i dont care anymore, im freaking going to make a difference! in fact, im going to go do MORE stretches on my ball!

I know I am overweight. I went and ate to much. The food went in the chins went on and next thingI know I am obese. Now I get teased a lot and I am angry at myself. I feel worthless because I am so fat. I have to shop a womens plus sized stores and I am fourteen. I wish I didn't binge so much and now I am suffering. I am always hungry too I eat an awful lot and never feel full.

Hi, hi folks. Its me, Leah. And this is my first time here. I'm 5'11'' and weigh 172 pounds. I came across this site a couple days ago. I swim and am on the track team. And for swimming I need to be at 140 by July. I'm not really sure what to do, because I have food issues where I either eat nothing or close to it or I eat horribly like chocolate and stuff. It just frustrating...lol. So I pretty much go up and down. And now there's no competing until I hit 140.

a good supper or lunch to counter act the splurge eating we all did yesterday (dont try to say u didnt, lol) cook and entire bag of frozen veggies in the microwave, mix them with butter spray, pepper, and salt, and eat them w/ extra lean protein like egg whites Your meal will total about 170 cals, have a yougurt for dessert(dont eat like this everyday, but it wont hurt after a big splurge, and its pretty tasty and filling
