Hey everyone, I have some solutions to your weight problems. Jane Fonda tapes are amazing if you REALLY want to lose weight. She's a bit quick but her work outs really do help you lose weight. I lost 18 lbs from september to december. Thats quite a bit! It got so easy I didnt even watch what I ate so much, just worked out. Im going to go do that now! Excersize balls work out great!

Hi i wanna start running and I will go probably 5 or 6 nights of the week. How long do u think it would take for me to not be out of breath if I run a mile? im 156 lbs and im 5"3 also if u have an mp3 pplayer will it jog when u run?

im 5ft 160 at the moment.. i wanted to know if there is any good exercises u could do inside if the weather outside is crappy and wet cause for the last week or so it has been very wet and not been able to do anything outside. and when its the time of month are there any good exercises that u could do? and im moving soon and the house that we are trying to get my mom said that i could walk or ride my bike to school so that would help more wit my weight loss well good luck everybody! - montana

hey, i just want to get this little misunderstanding straight. a lot of people thought from my previous messages that i was bulemic, but i was throwing up because i was sick, it wasnt self induced. and also, to anne, i do eat atleast 1200 (way more actually that one day i was sick) a day, im not anorexic either, just so no one thinks im starving myself... or burning a hole through my esophagus...but thank you for caring about me and making sure i wasn't in the first place. it made me feel really loved, hehe :-)

Hi guyz. After being depressed a lot, I would like to know how I did today. I think i did good today. ok, here it goes... Breakfast:Matzo w/butter YUM!!!:190 cals Lunch:Cheese sandwich, few crackers, juice box:290 cals Snack: well my teacher gave us juice today: high c juice box:90 cals After school: crackers: 100 cals Dinner: chicken in a bread that is like a pocket, salad with light italian dressing, milk(skim):510 cals overall: about 1200. I am going to do my denise austin weights workout 4 20 min. Is that a good day? thankz ~jenna

hey guys and gals i just grew another 1/2 inch so i am over 6 ft thats great but i cant stay focused on my diet. any tips on how to stay focused i really need help!!! plus i want to look like the pretty girls on american idol ! just kidding!!! i now this has nothing to do with the rest of my letter but dany of you watch american idol? sorry its so long!!!!

i haven't been on this site for a while but i wanted to ask some people for help and give you guys a site that might wake some of the people up that need help losin weight .. go to Myvirtualmodel.com and ,make a model and put your weight in and all body type and when you are done click finish and it will show you exactly what you look like i did it and i scared myself thats how bad i look because they show you how you would look in a bikini okk soo jus do that , thats one , okay after easter it was okay because i dint eat much because i got really sick and didnt feel like eating and i thought that might have been a good idea or good starting point to dieting .. well guess wat happend ? How can I lose weight on my upper arms? Everywhere else is pretty toned (especially me legs because I'm a runner) but my upper arms are way flabby. I don't want then to be all muscle and huge i just want to get the flab off of them...how can I do this?

omg my step sis is pretty big k im not gonna lie and she lost 15 lbs... im so gonna try her diet..she had no sweets,no fried food alot of salads,and no eat after 7:30.........................

I'm usually shy when it comes to me dieting. So i never joined a gym, BUT MY FRIEND SAID THAT SHE HAS A MEMMBERSHIP CARD TO A GYM AND ASKED IF I'D LIKE TO GO WITH HER!!!! I cant wait! (i know im kinda lam)

oatmeal for breakfast, turkey sandwich with healthy bread and 100 cal cookie packet and strawberies for lunch, another bowl of oatmeal for snack, and a half cup of turkey chili for dinner and another half cup of icecream for desert. i think i did better today :-).
