Hey, Alright I know I'm overweight.. but from the numbers i hear from people.. I'm not sure if i am that much.. but anyway i've got an excellant way to lose weight in a good speed , it's healthy and it'll work.. at least it did for me Anyway.. eat only 900 cals a day.. meaning 250-breckfast, 400- dinner / lunch ( at 3/4 after school ) and 250- for supper before 7.30 meaning you lose simple weight without like Exercising and if you do Exercise then that's terrific ! and you get to lose even more weight.. if you need help at any time.. just ask So many people out there are like you and we can all help each other defeat our problems and remember you're always amazing no matter what !!

that is pretty bad for you yes it worked but no its not gonna stay off.... and you need diet and excersize to keep weight off!!!

um--NO. doesnt work that way. Not only do you need at LEAST 1200 cl a day to keep your body outta "stavation mode", but in order to have healthy and perminate weight loss, you need to watch your diet AND exercise.
