Does anyone have tips as to how to lose fat around the stomach and hips? i do crunches and have been watching what I eat as well exercizing for a month now and have not seen any results. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I haven't been here in a while but over the past few months I have lost 38lbs and I now weigh 142 which makes me 2 lbs heavier than I should be but it won't be hard to lose I still want to lose 10-20 lbs though. I just want to encourage you guys and say that if it was possible for me its possible for you to but you have to keep a positive attitude and don't stop dieting and exercising Good luck to all of yall and I hope everything goes smoothly for yall

right now im soo mad because like three days ago i could run five miles straight but i havent ran for three days and now it was hard just to do one and i really didnt even try to push my self..does anyone have any ideas on how to motivate myself to push through the pains of running cramps???? id love to hear them if you do..
oh and i was wonder is soy protein good for you i was planning to start using it tomorrow when i make my smoothie i was just gonna put some in to help me with my protien intake well id love to hear your responses KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

- Today I got this flavored water. It has zero everything . . zero calories . . zero carbs . . zero sugar . . etc. Can i start drinking this ? Will it count for like actual water? Do u think it'll clean out my system like water does? By the way . . i'm not gonna drink it all the time , i'm still gonna drink the regular water but this is just for when i'm out walking with my friends or late at night. Oh yeah ! it's REALLY good you should get it ..its called "Stars and Stripes-Fruit mist". Thanks for the help.

Hey. My problem is that I used to have a six-pack, but i got lazy. I can tell I still have really strong abs, I just have that layer of fat coving them. How do I get rid of that layer of fat? Thanks!

I need to lose weight like now! I weigh 206 pounds and I don't want to be in danger and have health problems..I am on a diet but it seems like it's taking foreverrrrr, I don't eat any junk or anything and I go on the treadmill a lot for an hour and I have breakfast now, (never had it before) I have cheerios (which is an excellent diet cereal) I drink lots of water and eat veggies and fruits...but still people see they are seeing difference but maybe in my face or something but I NEED TO LOSE MY LOVE HANDLES ....my waist is huge and my stomach...I can't do sit ups because it's hard, my stomach is in the way. Right now its Saturday, and I weigh myself Monday. I just weighed myself when i woke up and I was 151. TWO POUNDS MORE THEN LAST WEEK! Stupid Easter Candy! So if I go on a soup and yogurt diet (eating only soup and low-fat yogurt) for two days, as well as use the excercize bike at the gym and also the tredmill I can burn this weight off? What else can I do? I don't want to gain.

hi everyone! i seriousally need to get in shape....my goals are 1. to get down to 105-115 some where in there and 2. to run the 2 mile race in replace of the 800 3. and to run my mile time in 6:59 (my current time is 7:22)

hey yesterday for breakfast i ate 1 cup of grapenuts with 1 cup of skim milk and a banana, for lunch i had 1 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of this chinese beef dish. i had a smoothie with strawberries bananas lemon juice and skim milk for a snack. for dinner i had a cup of lettuce, 1 cucumber and a piece of chicken. how did i do?

hey guys i have a tip whether yall have heard this or not it really works..
when your watching tv and the comercials come on do some crunches, pushups jumping jacks something like that it really helps and you wont feel bad for sitting around..
oh and when your playing a game, ilove to play hearts and whenever i gain points *which is bad for that game* i do how ever many points i got i do that amount of crunches and my abs are already starting to show its great! well im gonna go run ill talk to yall later..
