right now im soo mad because like three days ago i could run five miles straight but i havent ran for three days and now it was hard just to do one and i really didnt even try to push my self..does anyone have any ideas on how to motivate myself to push through the pains of running cramps???? id love to hear them if you do..
oh and i was wonder is soy protein good for you i was planning to start using it tomorrow when i make my smoothie i was just gonna put some in to help me with my protien intake well id love to hear your responses KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Amy there is no sugar just one gram of fat which is like two percent so thats not that bad..and there is twenty grams of protein and that is 40 percent ...and the rest is like sodium and potassium which is good for you...

soy protein is really good for you, and if you like adding it to things, i recomend soy crisps, they are like ricecakes made of soy and a whole bag is only maybe 300 calories (this is a big bag now...). good luck!
