Today I ate:
a pancake, a banana, a light yogurt, some cheddar triscits, a string cheese, cheese and crackers, a little 7-up plus (10 cals), a couple tortilla chips, and some pizza. how'd i do?

pancakes are fine... tortilla chips=evil and not worth it, and pizza=evil too. see no evil, speak no evil, do no evil, and eat no evil...

Sounds like you're doing well, but try to cut out "bad" carbs which are in breads (pizza and pancakes aren't the best for you). Its difficult but it pays off. Good luck!

dont eat so much dairy ... that is really fattening but you do need some in your diet have three like those commercials say..

Pancakes are not that good for you you can definatly have them but not everyday and pizza isnt too good either, and you should only have a little cheese.
