Hey guys, whats up? The weather today is so good, but its saposed to rain FRIDAY SATURDAY and SUNDAY! So that means I won't be able to go out and go for some nice nighttime power walks, or go running in the afternoon. Any ideas for exercise? My soccer is canceld for this weekend becuase of the rain. Oh and I also have a question. Lets say once you've finished your diet and you want to go on a 1,600 calories a day to maintain your weight. How does, this sound? Breakfast=300 Lunch=400 Snack=300 Dinner=600? Can anyone give me a better guide? Thanks!

1600 is a very good number, but you should be eating more at breakfast. A lot of people have most of their calories at the end of the day, but it should be the opposite.

well if you want to maintain your weight and raise your calories you are gonna have to increase the amount of excersize or the intensity... because otherwise you may gain weight depending on what your metabolisms like..
