Here's what I ate today!
BREAKFAST- 2 apple cinnomon waffles with a tiny bit of butter and syrup;
LUNCH- peanut butter & jelly sandwich, some grapes
DINNER- 6" veggie delite Subway sandwich, a chocolate chip cookie

Exersizes:
Morning: 20 jumping jacks, 2 minutes jogging in place, 4 minutes of marching in place
Afternoon: 5 minutes of trampoline, 30 minute walk/jog
Night: 50 jumping jacks and 20 arm/leg stretches

pp&j is great, try getting reduced fat though and jelly is always yummy too :-). just take out the unnecessaries... like try getting the like no-calorie syrup. it kinda tastes like water, but i guess it helps pull you off of the need for syrup. butter is pure fat, so try to skip it all together. otherwise, you did absoutely great. its fine to have a cookie once in a while! it might be your once a day treat, as long as its in your calories!

i wouldn't eat the cookie all of the time though. Once i a while

"me", fyi I'm a veggitarian and i need to eat peanut butter for protein! its part fat, but lots of protein in it. it's good for you sometimes.
